Dear Friends

Wish you all a very happy and prosperous New Year 2008! We are proud to announce re-organising our academy division into a new business entity, which will be henceforth refered to as the 'ACADEMY'.

Henceforth, SYAMA will refer to the society. SYAMA's role will focus to enhance performance capabilities of the youth, by proving music and dance concert opportunities, irrespective of which academy they are affiliated to.

SYAMA has planned for 3 events this year - A first-of-its-kind Musical, and a December Fest in Chennai music festival 2008, apart from our usual event 'The Other Festival'. SYAMA will be continued to be headed by Ramkumar, while the Academy will be headed by Mrs. Gowri Gokul. Academy classes reopens on 8th Jan.

We thank all of you for your continued patronage to us. With this new structure, we hope that we will be able to reach greater heights in our voyage to support classical indian arts.
